Q. I don't know the procedure on payment by Credit Card?

A. After you selected your goods and put to basket. Just complete the on-line order form and select "Pay by CREDIT CARD", then click the "Send Order" button. We will check your selected products is avaliable and calculate the shipping cost, then we will send a "Order Confirmation" through e-mail to you.

Our system is much fair to you and better than other online payment system.  For many others on-line shop, You might get trouble with "Out of Stock" after you have paid by Credit Card or pay an over-evaluated shipping charge that is higher than the actual cost. (Check your e-mail and advise us Inquiry@hksextoys.com if you cannot recieve that mail in a couple of days.)

Just follow our "Order Confirmation" advise and click to "CCNow" Payment gateway. Check the total Amount and Qty is correct. If you find the Qty and Product ID is not Correct. Amend the Qty to "0" and click the "Refresh Totals" Button. You will find there is nothing in the Shopping Cart of CCNow page. Back to our "Order Confirmation" e-mail and then click again. Remember to select "Shipping to" for "All other countries". Remaining is quite easy to follow.

Q. I always unavailable at home. Can I pick up the goods at Post Office?

A. Yes, Please select delivery method: by Courier/Pacel Mailing. Please make a note "Registration is required" in the Remark. So if there is nobody to recieve the goods at the posted address. Postman will leave a notice to you. You get this notice and goto nearest Post Office to pick up the goods.

Because the you have bring the notice and your ID Card to get the Parcel from Post Office. Please make sure your name is correct and same as your ID Card when you fill in our Order Form.

Q. When will I receive my goods?

A. Order are processed M-F excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 2 working days after you recieved our delivery advise. Occasionally 1 item of your order will be backordered, this may delay your order by a few days. If the backorder is expected to be longer then 1 week, we normally will ship a partial order.

Q. I paid extra for UPS, Why do I have to wait 3-5 days for my shipment?

A. We provide a premium service at UPS ground rates. Most other sites charge the same rate for ups ground that can take up to 2 weeks to arrrive, and charge an extra $80 to $120 for 2-3 day shipping .

Q. Is all product are washable. How to clean after use ?

A. Most of the products are washable but, you have to keep the battery rack dry. For Easy Clean, always use with a condom.

Q. Can I receive UPS at my P.O. Box?

A. NO, the goods could not be delivered to P.O. Box.
This is the slowest method and can take up to 7 days to arrive via Priority Mail

Q. I would like my order shipped at work, but do not want my coworkers to know what is inside?

A. All packages are shipped in plain boxes. Its reads from, Comfort Trading Co. with our address. There are no adult markings on the box.

Q. Do you sell your mailing lists?

A. NO, we have never sold our names or ever plan to do so. We respect the privacy of our customers.
