All products are packed in a nondescript cardboard box WITHOUT any product information nor our website name.  We assure your name will not be put on any mailing lists.

How to order (Click on the links to view details)

1. Select products from the online product catalog or browsing the top menus.
2. Click on the "Check My Basket Now" button
3. Check your product selections
4. Fill-in Required Personal Information: Name, Contact No., E-mail address, etc.
5. Select Delivery method:

   a) Self Pick Up (Available for Hong Kong customers only)

   b) Appointment at MTR Station (Available for Hong Kong customers only)

   c) Mail Delivery (Available for all customers)

   d) EMS Courier (Available for all customers)

6. Select payment method
7. Submit your order and wait for our Order Confirmation email

   After you submitted your order, (make sure your order information in the order form are correct before sending it), within 12 hours an order confirmation will be emailed to you and check if everything is correct.  Then you can proceed the payment and notify us in return.  Finally, upon payment transaction is confirmed, order will be dispatched promptly and an delivery confirmation will be sent to you.

Return Policy

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please notice us by E-mail us inquiry@hksextoys.com or call +852-6356-6259 Mr. Richard Lai before you return the goods within 7 days to our business center.

In your return package please include:

1. The packing slip
2. A note telling us what the problem was
3. A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
4. If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.

Terms and Conditions

1. Customer must fill-in the correct required information in the order form.

2. If the delivered goods are not correct or already damaged. You can return the goods within 7 days and get the refund within 3 weeks. Details refer to the Return Policy.

3. Customer have to take the risk of usage and the mail delivery.

4. We reserve the right to change the posted content and information without notice.
